"So I went to Michelle for advice regarding a couple of lockdown issues my son was trying to deal with. He'd had a plan for the next stage of his life when Corona kicked off. He went from being extremely active on a daily basis with School, football and social, working weekends to nothing. First the sleeping pattern went haywire then anxiety slipped in, poor diet and zero motivation to do anything. Knowing Michelle had gained knowledge in the majority of the issues and along with my own experiences I knew he needed a bit of help. Michelle got straight into a 1 to 1 facetime to find out his main concerns and issues. Working with those they quickly agreed on a plan of action. This included sleep pattern, diet and exercise. Within a week he was sleeping better, meal prepping and exercising. Within 2 weeks the anxiety had all but passed and he had a clearer mindset. Having goals to achieve made a huge difference. Having mental and physical stimulation through the right channels has meant he has regained control of himself."

"Michelle has really helped me get normality back into my life, since lockdown left me with a lack of motivation. She asked what my goals were, and created a very specific weekly plan not just in terms of exercise, but also meditation and sleep, for me to help me to achieve these goals. She advised me on what foods I should be eating, pointed me in the direction of meditation apps to help shift my mindset and to help me firstly get to sleep, stay asleep and get enough sleep to be able to function properly the next day, as this was a big issue. " I started this journey with some injuries which Michelle adjusted the plan to suit my needs but also to make me push myself which I have thoroughly enjoyed. As the first couple of months was during lockdown the plan was designed for home workouts, she was always very flexible and open to change exercises to suit what equipment I had and what exercises I liked / disliked. I lost quite a lot of weight during lockdown which was very good and proves if I can do it anyone can.

Michelle put a lot of time and effort into this so I have tried to do the same, I was also driven on because I was held accountable for my actions which is what drives me on. We have worked on my core and balance along the way as for her it was about fixing years of bad posture and trying to correct my incorrect form and improve flexibility.
